As a Chartered Accountant he has experience of a wide range of businesses.
As a professional actor he developed his focus on performance skills. These combined in twenty years in corporate training and as co-writer of Cracking Conversation.
He is particularly interested in how language in conversation reflects the values of an organisation.
Juliet Heacock MA (Cantab)
Ten years of writing and performing in professional theatre have been followed by twenty-five working in communication training.
She is co-writer and chief designer of Cracking Conversation.
Her illustrations reflect both her side-hustle as an artist and her conviction that visual stimuli cement learning.
Our previous experience includes training and coaching for
professional services, finance, industry, retail, government
and not-for-profit organisations.
We have helped people begin, manage and sustain relationships
with clients and customers, colleagues and friends.
